Dislike the new 5.1.1 icons - Any way to change back?

I recently received the new 5.1.1 update for my S6. I'm really not a fan of the new rounded icons as you see here.

What I find strange though is how there are some people who have updated to 5.1.1 yet still get to keep the old icons. There are even some cases on forums where people are complaining that after updating they didn't receive these new (rounded edged) icons. Why they are complaining I have no idea.

Is there any way to get the old icons back?

I've got the same issue with my Motorola Moto X (2013) and have had it ever since February of this year. When I was on KitKat, I loved the icons. When I upgraded to Lollipop, the icons did some different things when they showed up in my status bar. On some of the app notifications, it just shows up as a plain white box on the status bar. I never had this problem on KitKat. Is there any way I can resolve this and be able to get my old icons back?

3rd party launcher will allow for changing of icons along with TONS of other options.

I used Nova Launcher and it will help you change the app icons on your home screen and app drawer but when it comes to the status bar icons, it does nothing to change those. I switched to my Samsung Galaxy S5 running Lollipop and don't have this issue at all. Also, I get my SD card option back.

Sorry I should of specified it will change all the apps icons but not status bar or system icons.

That's what drove me nuts about Lollipop on my Motorola Moto X. I don't have that issue with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablet or my Samsung Galaxy S5 which are both running the Lollipop operating system. Go figure.
