Display is not turning on even though the mobile is rebooted.

[Android Central Question]

I am using a Samsung J5 Prime mobile phone. I had an issue with my display. It happen just after I received a call, my mobile was stuck and display was turned off (But kind of a slight light is there).

Usually when I got this issue I reboot it using (volume down+power+home) keys. But this time the display is not working. Device is working fine and it receives calls also. Display and touchscreen is not working. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! The screen may have failed. See if you can boot into Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-g570f-galaxy-j5-prime/faq/safe-mode/. If the screen still doesn't come on, then you'll have to bring it to a repair shop.

It does sound like a hardware failure. Try safe mode. If it doesn’t work you will need to take it to a repair shop.
