Display issue (New Oppo realme X2)

Hi all

I recently bought an Oppo Realme X2: since setup, it's upgraded itself to Android 10.

It is showing a display aberration, in which a small off-white bar appears along the left side of the display. It does not appear on the lock screen, and it moves position when switching from portrait to landscape mode, as shown in the document here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qi1jR9foAJxTEN1cfy6QmpWm3mgu1c2Z. It does not show in screenshots, so these are photos taken by another camera.

Can anyone suggest a cause/solution?

Does it move at all as you scroll up and down the screen?
