Display screen not showing up (screen not cracked)

I have a samsung galaxy s4 tablet. SM- T237P. I was using my tablet perfectly fine when suddenly, the screen froze and the display screen faded, changed color and made a bunch of lines. The screen isn't cracked but I did drop it the night before but it was fine.

Did something loosen on the inside? I've opened it, what do I have to pick with to get my screen back to normal again?

Look at teardown videos to see where the video connectors are, and check to make sure those connections are tight: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Samsung+Galaxy+Tab+4+7.0+SM-T230NU+Disassembly/76451

If all connections are intact, then the screen itself might have died.
