Display turns on when Charging

I have noticed that my display turns on at some point when it's charging and it doesn't turn off. I can't find a setting to control that.

Happy new year!
The display on the GS4 turns on when charging when the battery is full, but it turns back off after a little bit.
Yours stays on? For how long?
When it does, have you checked for any new notifications?

I am not sure how long it stays on but it's dimly lit.
Someone else just posted the same issue and someone else mentioned the Stay Awake option under Developer tools.
