Display while on call

Quick question,

When i make a call, the majority of the time the screen is not turning off when the phone is near my face. I've had multiple times where my face has hit the end call button and it gets quite annoying.

Does anyone know where the settings are that could be causing this?

Check to see if proximity sensor is turned on for calls.
Goto the dialer> menu button> call settings> auto screen off during calls.
