Ok so it all started with my fingerprint scanner not working, I read on a thread that doing a factory reset should take care of the problem. So I reset it, not only did that not work but it also makes my phone randomly hide the status bar at the top of the screen. I've tried the new update but it says that the update failed this is probably because this phone was rooted then "unrooted".
My question is, is there any way to return my phone back to stock cause I'm tired of frozen screens and no status bar. Maybe a different os?
