Distorted video colors when uploaded to instagram from Android phone!

Whenever I upload video to instagram from my HTC desire 526G Android ver. 4.4.2, colors get distorted and there appears a green line at the bottom of a video. Why? How to fix it?

Does it happen only when uploading to Instagram?

Whenever I upload video shot with phone, boomerang filter or regular, or taken from internet transvered to mobile phone and then uploaded to instagram, result is the same..
