DK28 to EI22

I'm still running Trulyepic Rebirth with DK28 and want to make the switch to EI22. I followed the step by step guide to installing the rom last time and am not completely sure about the procedure this time.

I've looked around at different roms and think I want to try out MarcusantROM with the Stealth Samurai Kernel.

Do I have to flash to EC05 before I can get to EI22?

Can I get a quick rundown of the steps I'll need to take to make this happen? I can figure out how to get each step done if I just know the correct order and procedure. Thanks!

First.. Go to thread below and use Odin to flash to official EC05 Froyo.. Procedure #1

Just remember your going to wipe your device so make your backups with Titanium or My Backup Root... You will be able to restore "data only" once your up and moving on GB EI22 if you decide to root again.

Once that is complete and your on Froyo EC05 you can then manually update to EI22 or grab the OTA update which should pop up soon after updating...

Then either way you can then root your device using the thread below and be on your happy way to whatever ROM/kernels you want to use....

Side note.... I did like DK28... Was a good build.. My opinion they should of fixed the few bugs and made this official....
