Cool... I have been eye-ing those on amazon as a bluetooth connected notification window. I like the 900mah battery and the large display. My understanding is its just an android smart phone with a watch strap, and a launcher geared for wrist wear convenience and user interface. I think it has some of the smart phone advanced features dialed back a little.
Stay away from battery, RAM memory optimizer apps, Cheetah mobile and the likes. Android already has those functions built into it and is best left alone to manage those. Flashlight apps too should be avoided... they're nothing more than personal data harvesters for the developer.
Stay away from social media apps if at all possible. If you need facebook run it from the chrome browser, tinfoil or metal wrapper apps.
I'd start with the basics... text messaging and email. android messages and gmail are my go-to apps for that.
Admittedly though I have no first hand experience with that watch.
Oh one more thing... Android Wear is NOT Android, two different OS and from what I can tell they do not cross-platform migrate from one to the other.
