DNA in Germany

I have an up coming trip to Germany for a week and would like to use my DNA while i am there. Any suggestions on what carrier to use that offers good data speeds? My wife will have her S4, Im not sure if that could use the same carrier?

Used to live in Germany. Back then T-Mobile was the largest carrier, I believe that it still is and your best chance for consistent coverage.
