First, look in the About Phone section for anything out of whack. Then, turn off the phone... then, while holding down the Volume down button, press power. It should boot into the bootloader screen and that should look like this:

Fakes tend to be bad fakes.... they usually only rip off the case, install a AOSP build and a device's stock launcher and leave it at that. They rarely bother to get into the fine details... like device model names in the system info and bootloader and recovery software.
It was because the assistant was not available. xDOh, that's fine.... that might be the US vs International variant. If its a fake, it's a very well done one. It's probably real.
If I was buying second hand, I would go farther than a factory reset. I would go and snag the full factory image from Google and load that... that formats the phone completely and reloads everything from scratch. A factory reset only clears all the user data.
It was because the assistant was not available. xD
what does "ROW" stand for?..It looks similar, except the "Product/Variant". It says "sailfish-ROW-PVT".
I think I have solved it. The home button change when I set spanish language because the assistant is not available.
