Do I have a virus / malware?

I have had 2 issues with phone which make me suspicious. 1 firefox keeps asking for permission to record video and audio for no apparent reason on sites which should not be scammy. 2 it's been a bit slow and unresponsive. Its a galaxy note 5 with enough ram and storage. Tried 4 virus and malware scanners which find nothing. Not sure what to do really.

You might have to delete Firefox and do a cache clean up to see if it's better ..
Samsung N5 stock browser is way better than fire fox IMO ...

I use Firefox and have not had that pop up. I use FF because I synch it over 3 devices and my favorites are always updated, Stock browser can't do that.
