Do I have to wipe all data to load the BAMF ICS leak?

I am currently rooted and running Gingeritis 3D v1.2. I want to load the BAMF ICS leak ROM, do I have to totally wipe my phone of all data to be able to do this?

I understand I need to make the appropriate backups: Titanium, MyBackup, etc. first.

Can I just put the leak zip file in the root of my SD card, and use Clockwork to install?

Yes you should. Just back it up. Wipe data, then install.
