Do I include the SIM card if I sell it?

Just a quick question, hope that someone can help me out. I have sold a few phones on ebay, but my Razr is the first one I plan on selling that has a SIM card. Do I include the SIM with the phone when I sell it? Does it have information on it about me? I don't want to cause a problem for the purchaser.

Second part of my question--If I do buy a new LTE phone on Verizon will it come with a SIM?

Thanks for any help.

The buyer can get a SIM card from Verizon that is registered to their account. Your current SIM card is registered to your phone number and account so definitely better to hang on to it.

New phones from Verizon come with a SIM card.

No keep it. You will get a new sim card with a new phone, but you can probably just give them your old one and it will activate a lot faster because they wouldn't have to program a new one

Unless of course you're getting a new number then you will need a new one

When you sell the phone, do not include the SIM. Whoever buys the phone will either use their own SIM or purchase one from whichever provider they plan to use. If you have cancelled the cellular service that you used with your phone just destroy it. I would think that if you buy a phone and hook up their service, the lte SIM should be included. But if you are just buying a phone alone, I think it would not.
