I'm thinking you're mistaking this site for something else. We have no affiliation with any manufacture, carrier, ISP, etc. We're just a bunch of phone enthusiasts sharing knowledge and stories.

Contact the carrier, ISP, or whoever it is you're dealing with directly. It should be pretty easy to find a customer service number.
