Hi, yesterday when I was on facebook it suddenly went off and then I tried to make it resofare and during that time the USB went and no longer starts at all or no longer recognize it, what to do

Welcome to Android Central! First, try pulling the battery and reinserting it. If it still doesn't power on, let it charge for at least 6 hours. If that still doesn't help, then try a new or different battery.

I put out and put the battery and it still does not work, I tried with a new battery loaded in another phone and it did not work either, if I connect the usb to the PC that sounds like it connects but nothing appears

Does anything happen if you press and hold Power for about 20 seconds?

It could be a problem with the Power button or something on the motherboard. You'd probably have to take it to a repair shop to find out.
