Do you always keep Google apps sync on?

Do you guys always keep sync enabled for Google on your phone or do you manually turn it off and on when you want to sync? Which do you have check asked to sync? (Gmail, calendar, drive, etc.)

I have almost all Google services to auto sync. Gmail, calendar, contacts, drive, location, chrome and music. Never found them to be a big battery drain.
