Do you need to have a micro sd card or a sim card or both for the scepter 8 tablet and if you do how do I get them and I am on disability

No, and based on several previous threads in this forum it won't accept a SIM card anyway. A MicroSD card is not needed unless you need to add more space, but even that functionality is limited anyway.
