Do you know what this icon in notification bar is?

it is a portrait tiny rectangle with one set of 2 bars emitting from the left, and another idential 2 bars from the right. The closer of the two bars is slightly larger than the OUTSIDE bars. These bars are VERTICAL. I have a screenshot, see below.

DUH... somehow my phone volume went down to VIBRATE.
Thus the "vibrate" icon... i never have this on, oh well...

Welcome to the forums. It looks like vibrate mode was activated. Press the volume up button and see if it disappears.
