I don't think the OP was looking for recommendations. The OP wants to know if you remember the first app. people downloaded and installed on their DINC.

The first app. I installed was Google Sky Maps. My wife had it on her Eris and I thought it was so cool. Hers was more accurate than mine.

My first would have been Astro file manager to restore app's I had on my sdcard.
