What do you mean by ultra? Are you talking about size, or features? Personally, I think phone manufacturers need to be careful about making too many versions of the same phone, since it contributes to sales dilution and therefore lost revenue. Those bigger and smaller versions of phones often end up being niche products, and don't sell as much.

Yes I would like that as I have the note 5 but want a bigger size I wanted to get the Samsung mega but I prefer smaller size and better specs the bigger and bad specs

I think what apple does is great. I has a 6plus and a 6s plus and loved it. My wife has the 6s and loves it. I find that the note 5 is a better size then the 6 pluses.
