Dock for Note 3 in Hybrid Case

Is there any after market dock that will work for a note 3 in portrait position with a thick case on the phone? All seem to have stationary mini usb male plug. I would prefer a hole that the wire come through. Plug it in then put phone down onto the cradle. What I have in mind would really work with any phone. Just pull your usb cord through the hole. Plug in your phone. Then put phone in cradle. Does such a thing exist? Thanks!
