Does an S-Pen have full functions when in DeX

I have started using DeX on my Galaxy Tab S4. I have noticed that the S-Pen doesn't have all the functionality in DeX as in UI One v2. A function I always used was Air Command which is missing in DeX. Other S-Pen functions are greyed-out while in DeX. Are those functions available elsewhere while in DeX.

Nope. DeX has very different functions than the stock OS, and that includes different SPen actions.
