Does anyone else have this issue with the Galaxy Buds? not charging correctly

Take them out of the ears and throw them in the case to charge up. They can only go in one way so you shut the case and let it do its thing.

Come back later and they haven't charged, sometimes they do. I put in a small piece of thin phone tape in the top cavities and this seems to have taken care of the issue, but i shouldn't have to do that. Put them in, close the cover, and they should charge.

Samsung says its my fault for not putting them in perfectly. WTF, they can only go in one way.

The only thing I can suggest is make sure the cushions are all the way in and wipe the contacts. Mine light up before I close the lid I think, but I'll have to double check

Are you using the tips that came with the Buds or aftermarket such as Comply? I've heard of that happening with Comply tips.
