Does anyone have a guesstimate on how long the s7 edge be on back-order with Azurion Insurance?

So I was in Atlanta last Saturday night and drunkenly got my phone stolen at a bar. It was very unfortunate and I shed many a tear. I contacted Azurion and filed a claim but the new phone is on back order. My question is how long does it take Azurion to get a new flagship device? Do they get brand new devices or do I have to wait for a refurbished one? If I have to wait forever Ill just get a different device! If anyone has information regarding this I appreciate you dearly. Thanks !

I don't have an answer for you, but just want to make sure that you changed your Google password promptly. That way, if the thief somehow got past your lockscreen, he wouldn't be able to access any of your sensitive Google data.

Only asurion can answer that question. As to whether new or refurbished.... It is luck of the draw.

They will offer you another device if yours isn't in stock
