Does anyone have any tips on pencil Customization?

I've had the Lecture Notes Prime app for a while now but the only thing I've been using it for lately is digital journaling.
I let my daughter use it for a school project the other day but she changed some settings and now the pencil doesn't write smoothly anymore.
She doesn't even remember what she did so no help there!
The writing looks all blurry and sloppy now but before it was solid and smooth.
If only there was a "How to for dummies" for the lecture notes app for people like me because I'm clueless about what most of the settings even mean!
I have 2 devices that I use the app on. Samsung Galaxy Luna pro and a samsung Galaxy Tablet.
The writing on my phone is perfect but I like using the tablet for Writing in my journal and of course, that is the device the settings are all screwed up on.
As I already mentioned, I've had the app for a while and my dad is the one who toggled all those settings but he has passed away since then.
Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have any notes you need? You can probably do a data clear for that app and that might return everything back to default, but anything saved in that app will be erased.
