Does anyone know how to watch eyetv?

If any of you have used the orb app, you will understand why I want to try to use eyetv on my phone. I am struggling to get the web app to work (it gets caught in logging in). Does anyone have a solution?

I haven't tried it yet, but I'll play around with it a bit later to see what happens.

Are you running EyeTV Version 3.3?

You know what, I tried on 3.2. I will trst on 3.3

I just tried it within my network. First, I turned off the passcode option, so that it would just connect. However, it will not get past the Live/Recordings page in the Browser app on the Eris (running 1.5).

When I try in Firefox on my laptop, it gives me a message that it requires Safari on OS X 10.6 or on the iPhone or iPod Touch. (It doesn't even get that far in Chrome, though it does work fine in Safari.)

I also tried it in the xScope browser on the Eris, with the user agent changed to "iPhone". It still didn't work.

I'll have to give it a try when we get the 2.1 upgrade...
