does anyone know if cellphone booster actually work

was wondering is because i just barly get 4glte bout 15-25feet away wonder if those boosters help any
 
1. Any app that claims to "clean RAM" just shows that the developer doesn't understand Android. This isn't Windows - Android prefers RAM to be as full as possible. Cleaning it will just waste battery and time, as Android reloads the app that was "cleaned". Just note the name of the developer, then never install any apps by that developer.

2. 15-25 feet from the tower? That's where 4G is coming from, it doesn't come from your router. If you can't get a signal when you get more than 15-25 feet from your router (and that would be a wifi signal, not a 4G signal), either the router is on a very busy channel (and you can check that with an app like Wi-Fi Analytics Tool), or the phone's antenna is disconnected or bad (and it has to go to a repair shop to get repaired). If you can't get 4G from more than 25 feet from a tower, it's either a disconnected antenna or a bad phone.

(No "RAM cleaner" is "best" - they all do the opposite of what Android wants. If you don't believe me, read what someone who wrote part of Android says about it - Multitasking the Android Way.)
