Does anyone know of any (non plastic) all wood Nexus 6p cases?

A Nexus 6p case that completely protects the top, bottom and with lips (I think it's called lol, to protect the front). I've seen a ton of skins, but def don't want that. I'm looking for more protection then that.

Something like this, only for a 6p..

But not this (I'm not feeling the plastic)..

Or maybe a all metal exterior case (I've only seen this Thor Simon for smartphones, though not for the 6p)..

I know I'm asking for a lot. I'm not expecting too much or to get lucky I just figured I would post this in hopes that I actually would find that needle in the haystack. Thanks for any help anyone can provide! Have a great weekend!

I think you'll have a challenge finding an all-wood case. In order to wrap around to the front of the phone and provide the desired protection you need to have flexibility - something most woods won't naturally have enough of for this application, especially when you factor in that the wood will be dried before manufacturing.

I haven't used this, but the removal video seems to indicate it works a lot like the dbrand skins I use. In any case, I don't think this wood "skin" will provide the protection op is looking for.

That Iphone case, it's like two pieces that snap together which would work. But I'm trying to being realistic, I know the chances of me getting something like what I described are pretty slim. Just hoping. Thanks though Hallux

@bjrosen & @rhea Yeah I have seen those & do get the impression they are more like skins which wouldn't give the protection I'm looking for & also a lot of skins are glued on which aren't really ideal for me. Thank you for the feed back. I know it's a needle in a hay stack kind of situation. I'm just crossing my fingers lol

Lol I'm crossing my fingers. I'll let everyone know how it turns out it in a little under a month when I finally get the 6p & the case.

Reading above I see that you don't want a Toast skin, and I'm just dropping this note to say that's good to hear. I really loved the skin when I had one on my 6p, but getting it off was pretty much a nightmare. It took me nearly 45 minutes, and I ended up with a few splinters in the end. Not fun in any way.

That being said — that Etsy case looks awesome, may think about one for myself!

For me it's nice to know you can take off your case for a moment & look at your phone plus have the added protection. I'm going to message StudioEq to get some more specifics on the case that I posted earlier & let you know.. I kind of like these two cases too, plastic & all..

I think that's like the Toast skins, it's just a sticker adhesive meaning you won't be able to take them off without doing it permanently.

I totally agree about the protection and having a case you can take off. You think these are real? I know they're plastic but that would be a good deal
