It's a One Note reminder/ad kind of notification. I started getting them recently, also. I don't use One Note on my phone. Occasionally on a computer for work stuff, but not recently.

I can swipe mine away, but should go change the notification permissions to get rid of it, probably.

Can check your notifications panel when you open your phone , it sent a notification ,see where its coming from.

Isn't that the Pinned note icon? Try double tapping on it and see what comes up. You might have a saved/pinned note in your Samsung Notes app.

I just found out that this icon is for Samsung Reminder app. It is supposed to be opened if I double tap it. However, it does not respond to double tapping. Does anyone know what set up is preventing it from double tapping?
