Does anyone know when the SGN 10.1 2014 ed. will come out in stores in Canada?

Android Authority and Softpedia both reported that Canada will see them in November. When though remains a mystery and I did see a post by Samsung Canada on facebook that said they do not know when we will see them. So it's a big mystery!
