Deployment schedule here.

Oregon appears to be on Sprint's "second round' of LTE deployment, with an anticipated completion date of September 2013.

That's very depressing why does Oregon have to be so hard to get updates in most places even verzion socks just not as bad as sprint in some areas but I love my EVO 4G LTE just wish it was sooner

I can say the same about Phoenix metro, which isn't even on Sprint's Network Vision deployment list yet. I jumped ship to T-Mobile on an unlocked G-Nex because of this.
