I have the ATT Note 9 128GB on Pie and the Samsung UI. I noticed that ever since I received the update to Pie, my storage preferences in Spotify always resets to internal when I reboot the phone.
That is, when I set my storage location to SD card, it will switch to SD card. I can download music, etc. and it'll stay on the SD card. However, if I reboot the phone and the run Spotify, the storage location will reset to internal and any music I downloaded to the SD card is no longer there - even after I then change the storage to SD card again.
I have way more storage space on my SD card, and Spotify Cares has not been able to assist.
Interestingly, I don't have this issue with downloading and storing music to my SD card using Apple Music or Google Play Music. The location will not reset when I reboot my phone - only Spotify.
I have no such problem with my Note 8, GS8+. I'm wondering if others here have encountered this.
