Does Blinkfeed works on other launchers?

Personally, I don't use Nova, but I believe Nova and Apex are similar. First, for the sense launcher set Blinkfeed to your only homepage. There are several gestures you can use. Behaviors>swipe down>launch shortcut>activities>HTC>Sense launcher. Now when you swipe down, Blinkfeed will appear.

Yes it works just fine. I have set it to load Blinkfeed when I tap the home button and am already on the Nova's homescreen.
The only bad thing now is that with Nova the "unlock" gestures from Sense 6 don't seem to work. I mean the swipe left/right/up to go to different things straight from the lock screen.
