no hassles. if you return within the return time period, they will give you a return label to ship to them for free. their warranty policy is pretty good too. they will ship you a new phone and you can return your current one when you got the new one. they even let you keep the accessories of the old one.

Depends on which folks? JK, earliest consumer delvieries are supposed to take place second half of next week (19th through 21st) with the bulk of pre orders delivering in the week after that (24th through 28th).

Yeah I'm getting frustrated with the fact that I can't preorder the ones I want for my wife and I... all the 128GB XL's are sold out... I mean come on, it's a preorder, put me on the next batch of them if the first batch is spoken for. Also I noticed that Verizon has all the models available still for preorder... Verizon obviously must be getting priority for pre ordering devices.
