Does google voice work with straight talk T mobile SIM?

I am trying to set up google voice. I can't get a new phone number, so I need call forwarding. I am having issues with this on my straight talk with tmobile SIM. It seems to be the tmobile sim that's the issue. Any help is appreciated!

Maybe your SIM is not good or you don't have a service agree with tmo. Google voic uses your cell radios for phone calls and if you don't have a contract for cell phone with tmo or any other carrier, the o le way to make it work is to be on wifi

Exactly what problem are you having? You should be able to set up forwarding to your cellphone number at Google Voice - Settings. Once you tell it to forward calls, it will call the phone you're forwarding to, so you can input the number on the screen (to make sure it's forwarding to the right number).
