Does ICS work like iCloud in the since that if I bought a app like fruit ninja on a previous android phone or tablet then got a new phone or tablet i would be able to still have that app or would i have to re-buy it?

Yes, it is not an ICS feature though. All your purchases are tied to your Google account. You can download any app purchased through the android market repeatedly. You have always been able to do this.

Android since the beginning has supported cloud services :)
 
... so that means Google can copyright the cloud like Apple copyrighted "slide to unlock"?
