What is your screen time out, brightness level etc? That seems to a bit excessive

Screen timeout is 30 seconds, brightness is on auto, power saving on, and wifi and bluetooth is off also.

it seem something it keep running make your device awake, you need put your phone in deep sleep while screen off.

ok newbie question but how would i do that just in case (dont have the phone yet maybe this weekend). i get close to the same results i am coming from the iphone4s side of the world. so android is all new to me

Remixx click on the graph (where it displays how long you've been on battery) and take a screen shot. (example below).

This way we can see if something is keeping the phone awake.
