I have a Samsung car charger. It's 700 MaH rated. Is that enought to charge the evo 3d, or is there a something else recommended?

Dumb question but want to make sure I have time to send back the Samsung if it's not good enough for the job. Thanks.

It's fine for a lil help and a slow charge but it wont keep up if your using GPS

Great phone Slow!

I use the old Sprint brand charger that I got for my Palm Pre-. It seems to get the job done. Although I don't use my phone for GPS in the car. Still got my Garmin for that!

The Motorola SPN5400A was one of the highest output car chargers in a lengthy thread about running a Touch Stone charger in your vehicle.

700mAh is right about in the middle of the charging game. On average 1Ah is on the high end and 500mAh is on the low end.
Stock 3D home charger is 1Ah. This is due to the fact that when the device is being used heavily it can discharge a rather high amount of juice. If your not going to run your device and done mind a longer time to charge then the 700mAh is fine. If you want to use the device and charge as much as possibe look for something with around 1Ah of charging capability. I have a motorola car charger in my truck that puts out 1Ah.

Thanks everyone - Oddly enough, I can listen to Sirius/XM, use the GPS, and it will still charge my phone. Definitely downloading slow's widget! Thanks!!
