Does note 7 see more text or bigger text than S7?

The Samsung note 7 is a bigger screen size than S7.

Does the note 7 see more text area (without scrolling) than S7 or does it show bigger text than S7?

With a slightly bigger screen you will see more on the note. With that said you can increase and decrease the text size on all phones to your liking.

By default, does note 7 show the same size text as S7 when viewing the same webpage/document? (without adjusting text size)

If I am not wrong, when viewing a photo, the photo appears larger on the note 7 than S7, both showing the same amount of details.

Not sure but my assumption is that they're both set to the same medium text size out of the box.
