Does Razr M have notification light?

Does Razr M have notification light? If so, does it support different colors?

Also, I realize the newer "budget phones" have better specs, but is Razr M still worth getting?

Considering that there are some pretty impressive phones these days for $200 and under (like the ASUS ZenFone 2, Moto G, and Honor 5X), I'd go for a newer phone, rather than one that's 3-4 years old.
