Does rooting break the use of Google Wallet? I use Wallet a good amount of time (thats why I havent made the jump to Note 2) and I want to tether but I dont wanna break one app for another since I would use Wallet more any ways. I have rooted previous devices just really havent had the need but every now and then I would like to tether. Thanks in advance.

No root doesn't break wallet. It does come up with a warning about your device being rooted. But from what I hear it still works.

Like Skunk said, you get an error message that the device is not supported but just ignore it and keep on going. You will be fine.
