Does Samsung Galaxy have similar support as Apple iPhone 800 #, MYAPPLE with remote login capability

Does SAMSUNG have support for the Galaxy phones where you can call an 800 number and they can remotely view your phone screen with permission and help troubleshoot issues?

I ask because Apple can do this with the iPhone, dial an 800 MYAPPLE number, reach a real person within a couple minutes, they quickly can login/access/view your phone screen, and can disable the session when you enter passwords, etc. The troubleshooting experience I had on my work iPhone was great.

Does anyone know if Samsung offer something similar? I'm having issues with my S5 Active, and I've previously had a S3 and Captivate. My S5 is very slow. So I'm considering switching to a Pixel or Android One phone. Suggestions appreciated as well. Thanks.

1 - they wouldn't on an out of warranty S5.

2 - Google does, for the Pixel line. (I know - they've been in my phone for a week trying to find a bug in Pie.)
