Does Scrolling Wallpaper work??

On my android incredible the wallpaper would scroll a little when I swiped the screen to change desktop pages. But on my Note 2 that does not seem to work. Is this feature disabled, or just not included? Was it part of my HTC Incredible and not part of Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

I do have some Live Wallpaper that does scroll. That Snowfall one with the pine trees covered in snow scrolls just fine. But maybe it is designed internally to do it, and it's not the phone doing it? I also have one other one that does it, but I cannot remember which one that is.
