Does the Charge work in Europe?

Yes it will work perfectly., but you wont be able to make calls or use mobile data

Unfortunately, no. The Charge uses LTE/CDMA whereas Europe uses only GSM, so nothing will work over there, you will have no service at all. While Europe is GSM only, several countries use both CDMA and GSM, such as here in the U.S, Canada, Mexico, India, China to my knowledge.

Your phone would work in CDMA destinations such as Canada, Mexico, several Asian countries, etc.
