Does the Galaxy Note 4 have the Selection mode on photo like the Galaxy Note 3?

I've had the Note 3 for a full year and I've use to make great photos with the "selection option" once I was in the Gallery by just long pressing the photo with the pen and up comes the option for "selection mode". Did Samsung took that out? I really hope not I've left a photo I did with the Note 3 using stock gallery and doing a long press on this photo I got the option to pick "selection mode" and the end results is what you see. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.

I'm not seeing that option on my Note 3. Are you sure it wasn't an app?

Once you go into "Gallery" tap on any photo, once the photo opens up hit the edit tab, then once your in edit press and hold on the photo (anywhere on it) and the option opens up. From there you can make beautiful work with any photo. I'll add a few photos to show what I've done. In the note 4 that option is no where to be found and for me it's a deal breaker. I've seen other apps that do similar but it's no way as precise as the Samsung Gallery app. Or maybe it's in the phone & I can't find it

Unlike other apps this is way more precise, in that it use a "lasso" tool to go around objects. As you can see in the photo the Apple is still in it's original color while the background is in black and white
