I think some do and some don't. Mine didn't but I've heard other people say theirs did.

I ended up getting some clear scotch tape to put over the camera glass until they come out with some glass protectors like they have for other phones. Seems to be holding up really well.

I'm not worried about it. I have a case that keeps the camera lens off the surface.

Not to worry you but so did I, a pretty substantial case at that. I'm still good on my new one though. I've only cleaned it by using tape to remove smudges etc.

So did I and I still I still ended up with a scratch. I blamed the Arizona dust in my pocket, but seeing people here, I'm starting to wonder just how soft the camera glass is on this thing....
