Does the MHL 2.0 HDMI Adapter output at 60fps?

Hello! I wish to capture off of my S4 via a high end HDMIvideo capture device. I need the captured footage to be 1920x1080 (S4 Native res) at 60fps. Will an MHL 2.0 HDMI Adapter work for this or does it only support 30fps?

I've tried using the adb shell screencapture but it always fails to capture 1920x1080 defaulting back down to 720 so this appears to be the next best option.
