Does the notification light stay on longer on the Evo 3d?

One thing that bugged me about the Evo 4G was that when you get any sort of message, the notification light would stay on for about 15 mins and then disappear. To me that defeats the purpose of having that light. Is it still this way on the Evo 3d?

Odd. Mine didn't do that. The light would blink all night if I missed a txt message.

Maybe you had come setting for it to turn off after some time? Because my buddy had his Evo 3d for a day and has confirmed that the light blinks no problem without turning off.

It sounds like you should have messed with those settings and changed it to blink all of the time .

your not crazy manny mine also did it! that was my biggest peev about having the (my) evo.. im pretty sure i never messed with any settings but may have tried an app (for customizing your led) thhat may have tweaked some settings.. (even after deleting) had it about 8 months and im sure it didnt do it the whole time.. ahh well lets forget about it cause we wont have to worry about it much longer!! 7 1/2 hrs for me!!

Yep....I think I might miss my Evo 4G, been a good phone, best so far. But yeah, I don't see anything in the settings that lets you determine how long it is supposed to keep the led on, just that it does come on. Oh well....as long as the new one doesn't peter out after 15 mins, I am happy!
